To make us feel like all economic structures of power in our world ARE NOT focused on gaining more power and that some economic entities have an philanthropic commitment, the Secret Societies have established a support and promotional system through tax code manipulation that empowers an organization to do "good work" for the peoples interests. Or to at least LOOK as though they are but the actions are based in churning confused non comprehensive dysfunction into distraction. Immediate effective actions by the masses engaging an elctronic democracy are rejected.
Early in my efforts to get non profits to help in obtaining official recognition of unconscious manipulation I realized that much rape is caused by the darker factions who abuse somnambulism by induction children and influencing their sexuality. Thank you for sincerely answering my query/comment with this very valid response, partially quoted in this reply with hope we can exchange views a little longer. I will say that whoever responded cared enough to reply, perhaps they saw something in my words that impressed them with my seriousness. As far as I'm concerned that makes them "the individual most qualified". By the end of this long message you may actually be grasping the implications of what fullfilling the crcc mission can mean beyond its mission. Seriously protecting the futures of women and children from violence. All of the portion of your quoted message, even in its implication is correct on the first impression of evaluation of the crime. When I say "controlled largely by the subconscious mind" I mean that the old animal mind that has seen, for whatever reason, a vast departure in its instinct in the area of sexualty, on a daily basis is wearing down the conscious, rational, aversion the individual has to the crime who ends up consciously giving in to compulsion.

This message contains the draft language for a Petition to qualify a California State Ballot initiative. Read the summery and ordinance and realize that ANY vital issue we have, wheter it be about the environment, medicine, conspiracies, justice, politics, elections, crime, corruption, nuclear prolification, genetic engineering, whatever; if government will not follow laws fundamental to all of its operations those, issues are moot, meaningless, confusional, disruptive then disasterous and dysfunctional. The below story shows that the C.I.A. is aware that Bin Laden could signal terrorists. What they are not saying is that the terrorists might be unconsciously programmed with conditional triggers. These are far more effective than you might think. They actually work much better that consciously remembered signal phrases. For one, the person viewing does not have to consciously remember anything. This eliminates the possibility they might make a list for refreshing memory. It could even trigger a person who never thought of conducting terrorism to realize that they wanted to.

I asked David Icke if he had heard of the Pagan Trance after shaking his hand.
This was perhaps 1997 in Santa Barbara California. His eyes became large and
round and he was basically silent on the subject. When I search for
somnambulism on the Icke site there are no matches although there is one good
article on hypnosis in the mind control section.
Ancient Pagan shaman use hypnosis to create somnambulism for the primary
purpose of keeping oral histories. Anthropology will not discuss this or Winter
Solstice (the primary event creating temporal accurcy in oral histories.

Why doesn't David Icke endeavor to understand somnambulism and talk about it?

Iam a man who agrees with your every purpose and understands your plight. I know EXACTLY why women have been persecuted historically all over the world. This includes why women were not given the vote in the U.S. until 1919 with the 19th amendment.

Consider that most comprehensively, all actions that deplete resources, can be termed behavior. If control over group and individualbehaviors are intended then elements of compulsion must be examined. Compulsion is of the unconscious mind.
Conclusion:If behaviors creating depletion and pollution of resource are targeted for change the unconscious mind of humanity must be addressed. If WRI is interested in effecting this change in behavior are they willing to consider the value of intensive research into methods ofinfluencing the human unconscious mind? It should be quite clear at his time that conscious controls of law, regulation, global legislation, etc. are not working.
Above and beyond political problems, the people need to re learn how to be happy without compulsive consumption. Many dysfunctions of family lead to less care and concern for the environment.

I can prove that Santa Barbara County is violating state laws and codes in order to conceal the fact that as many as 1500 insanity actions are missing from the public record. A simple inspection of the record can verify the gap. Ominous. I am not making news, but I should be. Why? I am challenging several systems that control what we know about behavior.
1. The Justice system. Civil action. Redress of grievance and civil rights.
2. Psychology. What psychologists will admit about behavior and what they will not and why they will not?
3. Media. What is news worthy and what is not and why is it not?
I have been filing civil actions in first California State Superior Courts now the U.S District court to uncover the secret that keeps the secrets. Santa Barbara County Superior Court is missing over 1,000 insanity actions that all occurred in a 7 to 10 year period in 1876. The centennial. Psychology should be interested but curiously they are not. The County of Santa Barbara has full cooperation from the Superior Courts in evading lawful performance, the U.S District Courts are helping too. Media will not touch any part of the story even though since 1997 I have been predicting; the extreme school violence, the attack by Islam and the takeover of the U.S. government by illegal manipulations of power.

I have discovered knowledge essential to making peace. It is ancient and has been hidden. We cannot continue without it and those who still know it work to stop a great war by sharing it again.

I have information that can optimize peoples efforts to create peace by controlling our government. My
perspective cuts at the trunk of the corrupt tree of control. It is very controversial information, literally shocking
for some people, others have no problem with it. The more one know about law, history and psychology the
easier it is to understand. Can you refer me to knowlegable people?

No need to join a cult. Recognition of a number of existing pieces of knowledge is the first step. A few people with backgrounds in; history, law and psychology, must get together and create a foundation of agreement recognizing a few fundamentals as absolutes of human existance that control behavior from the individual then group level.
I have a mailing list that is presently unused that would serve well for this. Or we could initiate a bulletin board. I prefer the mailing list, less possibility of interference.
